Talents Restaurant is run by the HRC Culinary Academy and it is the training ground for second year students who are training to be top class chefs. The menu changes every 6 months, as a new batch of students return to start their third term at the college. Each group of students designs its own menu, bringing with them the individual skills and experience that they have gained from their 5-month internship in prestigious hotels and restaurants in the Netherlands, Dubai or South Africa.
